Your Well-being Matters
The Kaizen Clinic
Cultivating Growth for Your Well-Being
Our foundation lies in social work principles.
We believe individuals exist in nested systems that include families, friends, communities, and all the interactions between them. We seek to help you find your place in these systems while still maintaining a sense of self-efficacy, confidence, and agency.
Drawing from theory and experience in relevant fields such as education, foster care, and family mediation, we provide a holistic approach to therapy. Empowering people to build healthier relationships, oriented around the continuous improvement principle of Kaizen– we strive to help clients find strategies to continuously improve.
Who We Serve
-
Children & Adolescents
If your child or teen is struggling, it may be time to get them some extra help. Our goal is to give your child tools they need to express themselves, make and maintain friendships, feel more confident in social situations, and to better communicate with their parents and family.
-
Individuals
We can work and support clients helping them learn how to cope with and overcome personal challenges that may interfer with everyday life
-
Couples
With therapy, we can establish goals specific to unique life experiences and challenges while navigating life transitions.
-
Families
The inclusion of family and other systems is necessary for creating interventions with enough environmental support to be effective over time. Work with adults often includes helping them address their own issues, often unrelated to the child, that interfere with parenting.

Payment and Insurance
At The Kaizen Clinic, we understand that financial concerns can be a barrier to accessing quality mental health care. We are committed to making our services as accessible as possible.
Insurance Billing:
We work with Quest Behavioral Health and accept Health Advocate and Penn Behavioral Health EAPS. We can assist with the insurance verification and billing process as well.
Sliding Scale Fees:
For those who are uninsured or underinsured, we offer sliding scale fees for our staff clinicians, based on income. We believe that everyone deserves access to mental health support, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Our goal is to create a therapeutic environment that is both supportive and financially sustainable for our clients.
